Product & Custom Orders:

  • All products are handmade and may vary slightly in size, color, or finish.
  • Customization requests are welcomed and must be confirmed in writing.
  • Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ): 10–15 pieces per design for container loads.

Pricing & Payment:

  • All prices are in USD (or as mutually agreed) and are EXW/FOB basis.
  • 30% advance is required upon order confirmation.
  • The remaining 70% is payable against scanned shipping documents via bank transfer.

Production & Delivery:

  • Lead time for a 20ft container: 30–45 days.
  • Lead time for a 40ft HQ container: 45–60 days.
  • Delay due to force majeure or shipping disruptions is not the responsibility of NOZTI EXPORTS.

Shipping & Packaging:

  • We use secure 3-layer packaging (foam corners, bubble wrap, corrugated boxes).
  • Port of loading: Nava Sheva / Pipavav / Mundra, India.
  • Shipping is arranged through reliable logistics partners.

Returns & Claims:

  • Claims must be reported within 14 days of product receipt with photographic proof.
  • Returns are only accepted for major manufacturing defects.
  • No returns or refunds for minor variations due to handmade nature.
