1. Manufacturing & Quality Assurance:

·        All furniture and handicrafts are manufactured in our state-of-the-art facility spread across 8,000 sq. meters in Jodhpur, India.

·        We maintain strict quality control at every production stage, from raw material sourcing to final inspection.

·        Final products are checked for structural integrity, finish quality, and accurate specifications before dispatch.

2. Customization Policy:

·        We welcome custom design orders, including changes in material, dimensions, finishes, and hardware.

·        A detailed design confirmation (including drawings, images, or technical specs) must be shared before starting production.

·        Custom orders may have different timelines depending on complexity.

3. Order & Payment Policy:

·        MOQ: 10–15 pieces per design or as agreed for container-based shipments.

·        Advance Payment: 30% at the time of order confirmation.

·        Balance Payment: 70% against shipping documents via bank transfer.

·        Accepted Currencies: USD, Euro, INR (for domestic sales).

·        All payments are to be made through secure, traceable banking channels.

4. Packaging & Shipping:

·        All items are packed using 3-layer packaging:

1.     Foam Corners

2.     Bubble Wrap

3.     Corrugated Boxes or Cartons

·        We ship via major ports such as Nava Sheva, Pipavav, or Mundra.

·        Delivery timelines:

o   20ft container: 30–45 days

o   40ft HQ container: 45–60 days
(Post advance payment and final order confirmation)

5. Returns & Claims:

·        Claims for breakage or manufacturing defects must be reported within 7 days of receiving the shipment.

·        Claims should include photographic/video evidence and a description of the issue.

·        Returns are only applicable for major manufacturing defects; minor inconsistencies in handmade items are not considered defects.

·        Return shipping (if agreed) is the buyer’s responsibility unless stated otherwise.

6. Environmental & Ethical Practices:

·        We use ethically sourced wood and sustainable materials.

·        All processes comply with applicable Indian environmental and labor regulations.

·        We support local artisans and promote responsible craftsmanship.

7. Communication Policy:

·        All discussions regarding quotations, customization, timelines, and changes must be documented via email or WhatsApp.

·        Verbal agreements are not considered binding unless confirmed in writing.

8. Confidentiality:

·        All custom designs and buyer-specific requests are treated as confidential and are not shared or duplicated for other clients.

9. Policy Revisions:

·        NOZTI EXPORTS reserves the right to amend its policies as necessary to reflect changes in the market, logistics, or international trade regulations.
